When summer is as hot as it is here in Germany this year, you don’t really feel like eating or cooking heavy meals. This italian appetizer is easy to make and tastes awesome on a warm summer evening. It can be eaten as a snack or a whole meal.
By now, most people should have heard of hummus before. You can buy pre-made hummus at the store, but it’s so much better if you make it at home, not to mention really easy!
This is a vegan version of the classic Waldorf salad. It’s a really juicy and refreshing side dish and what I liked was mixing it with some lettuce. Then you have a mixed salad and you don’t need a dressing for the lettuce because the Waldorf salad is juicy enough!

These sweet potato chips are a wonderful snack or side dish! They are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, and are sweet and salty at the same time! Just slice a sweet potato, throw it in the oven and you’re done.
