Hazelnut Nicecream with Chocolate Sauce

Hazelnut Nicecream

Almost every time I make Nicecream, I try a different combination. You can put almost anything in it, so lately I have gotten really creative. This version is more of a classic, however, and it is probably my favorite so far. Hazelnut Nicecream with a chocolate drizzle!

I topped this one with brownie crumbs, as you can see in the pictures. But you can top it with pretty much anything you want: granola, chocolate chips, cake/ cookie crumbs, hemp seeds, fruit and so much more! Or just eat it plain – either way it’s amazing 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • dash of plant milk (I like to use vanilla oat milk)
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

For the chocolate sauce:

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 – 2 tsp cocoa powder or carob powder
  • some water if needed

Instructions:

  1. Process frozen bananas in a blender with a splash of plant milk to help it blend.
  2. Add hazelnut butter & cinnamon and blend.
  3. Mix ingredients for sauce and drizzle over the Nicecream.

Zutaten:

  • 2 gefrorene Bananen
  • einen Schuss Pflanzenmilch (Ich nehme gerne Vanille Hafermilch)
  • 1 EL Haselnussmuß
  • 0.5 TL Zimt

Für die Schokosoße:

  • 1 EL Ahornsirup
  • 1 – 2 TL Kakao oder Carob Pulver
  • wenn nötig etwas Wasser

Zubereitung:

  1. Die gefrorenen Bananen mit einem Schuss Pflanzenmilch in einem Mixer zerkleinern.
  2. Haselnussmuß & Zimt hinzugeben und weiter mixen.
  3. Die Zutaten für die Soße mischen und über die Nicecream geben.
