Hey guys, Today I would like to share 7 of my personal health tips with you! I am really glad I have been healthy this whole winter even though many people around me have been sick with a cold or flu, and I like to think that part of it is due to a few little healthy habits I practice. Now, I am not saying that these habits are ALL proven to be effective or that you have to adopt all of them.
