Recipe for the Mocha Chocolate Porridge: 2 Tbsp oa Recipe for the Mocha Chocolate Porridge:
2 Tbsp oats
20g quinoa
2 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp cocoa powder 
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
0.5 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
1 espresso 
200ml oat milk
🥣
Add all ingredients to a small pot and mix well. Bring to a boil, then turn down to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes or until quinoa is cooked, stirring frequently. If all liquid is absorbed before quinoa is done, add a bit of water. Transfer to a bowl and top with desired toppings, like banana, nut butter, pecans and chocolate chips.
