By now, most people should have heard of hummus before. You can buy pre-made hummus at the store, but it’s so much better if you make it at home, not to mention really easy!
The base is always chickpeas, and you can add a variety of different ingredients. This one is made with avocado and lime and is therefore almost a guacamole-hummus-hybrid! It can be eaten with bread, crackers, vegetables or mexican food for instance. I’m sure you will discover more uses of hummus once it’s in your fridge. 😉
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups chickpeas (drained)
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
