As you can probably tell from the recipes on this blog, I love colorful food and experimenting with colors. This passion was fueled even more when I received the book Unicorn Food, in which Kat Odell put together healthy and colorful recipes, including her beautiful ‘unicorn milks’.
Plant milk can easily be turned colorful with added superfoods, such as spirulina, turmeric, beetroot powder or acaii powder. These superfood powders turn the milk into all different colors of the rainbow to create pretty and delicious breakfast beverages.
Of course you can drink this blue milk on its own, but if you need ideas for a breakfast to go with it, check out this collection of 16 vegan breakfast ideas.
Do you want me to share milks in other colors too? If so, let me know in the comments!
