I have always been a fan of potato wedges, but somehow never really tried making them myself…don’t ask me why! For the past few weeks since I first made these, I have been obsessed with homemade potato wedges. It’s such a quick and easy recipe and perfect for those nights when you don’t feel creative and just want to munch on something 😉
Ingredients:
- as many potatoes as you can eat
- olive oil
- sea salt
- paprika powder
Instructions:
- Peel potatoes and cut in halves lengthwise, then into quarters to make wedges. Cut again if they are really big.
- Put wedges into sealable plastic box or plastic bag and sprinkle with olive oil (about 2 tbsp for 750g of potatoes), then season with salt and paprika powder. Now close the container and shake to coat potatoes evenly with seasoning.
- Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at around 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 8-12 minutes (or until desired degree of browning).

German recipe:
Zutaten:
- so viele Kartoffeln du essen kannst 😉
- Olivenöl
- Meersalz
- Paprika Gewürz
Zubereitung:
