When I think of prunes, I always have to think of Louis Litt from the show ‘Suits’ because he likes to drink his “prunies”. This warming winter breakfast incorporates prunes in a different way, but I’m sure Louis would enjoy it equally!
Millet is a very healthy and alkalizing grain and this sweet version with its cinnamon and sweet prune flavor makes it extremely comforting on cold winter mornings. You can adjust the sweetness of this creamy millet porridge by topping it with maple syrup.

- pinch of sea salt
- optional: 1 tsp maca powder

*use gluten-free milk to make it gluten-free
