I’m a true smoothie-lover. Most of the time I make green smoothies because I use every opportunity to incorporate more healthy greens into my diet. But this one particular morning we had some coconut milk, apple sauce and blueberries left over and I ended up with the best smoothie I’ve ever made. I kid you not. I was super impressed, so I had to share the recipe! 🙂
This velvety smoothie is thick and indulgent and definitely passes as a full breakfast. It also incorporates healthy greens in the form of swiss chard, chlorella & spirulina, which give you an extra boost of nutrients!
