When I was little, my mom would make semolina pudding on the weekends or when I was sick and decorate it with colorful little sugar hearts. So for me, there are special memories connected to warm breakfast puddings like this one.
When I have a few minutes to cook up semolina pudding in the morning, it definitely brightens up the start of my day! However, you can also cook it the night before, put it in a jar & take it to work or school the next morning. 😉 I choose vanilla milk for it because it makes it taste sweet and awesome without extra sweetener. You can top it with fruits, chocolate chips, or anything you like – I chose some date paste, hemp hearts and chia seeds!
