When I get the frozen bananas out of my freezer, it’s usually to make Nicecream. But this particular summer day, I just wanted a chocolate milkshake. Sometimes I miss having milkshakes. I used to love getting chocolate or vanilla milkshakes at fastfood restaurants when I was younger! But thinking about all the unhealthy & nasty stuff they put in there, I don’t feel the need to go there anymore. Much to my surprise, I created this absolutely delicious, thick and HEALTHY vegan chocolate milkshake!
It is made with dates, coconut water & maca. Coconut water is hydrating and contains lots of electrolytes, so it is perfect to reenergize you on hot summer days. Maca also gives you energy and helps you get through long, exhausting days. I hope you enjoy this vegan chocolate milkshake just as much as I did
Ingredients:
- 4 dates
- 100 ml coconut water
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1.5 tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp OrganicBurst maca (optional)
- some water depending on desired consistency

1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Blend dates, coconut water, cocoa, maca & cinnamon in a blender.
- Add frozen bananas and blend well. Add water if texture is too thick (if that’s possible :P).
- Devour.

Zutaten:
- 4 Datteln
- 100 ml Kokoswasser
- 1.5 gefrorene Bananen
- 1.5 TL Kakao
- 1 TL Maca (optional)
- 1 TL Zimt
- etwas Wasser, ja nach gewünschter Konsistenz
Zubereitung:
- Datteln, Kokoswasser, Kakao, Maca & Zimt im Mixer mixen, bis die Datteln zerkleinert sind.
- Gefrorene Bananen hinzugeben und mixen. Wasser hinzugeben, falls der Shake zu dickflüssig ist.
- Genießen!
