Vegan Cookie Dough

Vegan Cookie Dough

Hold on to your chair. This cookie dough is actually vegan, only made of 4 ingredients and you won’t believe what the main ingredient is! Don’t judge until you’ve tried it. 

This cookie dough actually tastes pretty close to the real deal and is super versatile – I used it as a topping for pancakes, in my Nanaicecream and as a treat by itself. You could also put it in your oatmeal, and I’m sure there are tons of more ideas what to use it for!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • vegan chocolate chips (most dark chocolate chips should be vegan, check list of ingredients)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Drain chickpeas from can, pat dry and remove skins.
  2. Blend chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Put into a bowl, add chocolate chips (as many as you like) and mix with spoon.

Zutaten:

  • 1 Dose Kichererbsen
  • 5 EL Erdnussbutter (cremig)
  • 2 EL Ahornsirup
  • vegane Schoko-Tröpfchen (dunkle Schoki sollte vegan sein, Inhaltsangabe prüfen!)
  • 1 TL Vanille (optional)

Zubereitung:

  1. Kichererbsen abtropfen, mit einem Küchentuch trocken tupfen und die Haut abziehen.
  2. Kichererbsen, Erdnussbutter, Ahornsirup und Vanille in einem Mixer mixen, bis eine Masse entsteht.
  3. In eine Schüssel geben und nach Belieben Schoko-Tröpfchen untermischen.
