Warm White Chocolate Berry Oatmeal

There was this one day when I thought to myself: I eat chocolate oatmeal almost every day. I love white chocolate. Why have I never tried white chocolate oats?!? So I made white chocolate oats. And they were every bit as heavenly and delicious as I imagined. No actually – they were soo much better!!

Seriously, if you like white chocolate, these oats will make your heart melt, they are so good! On a Sunday morning, treat yourself with this heaven in a bowl, cuddled up in bed and listening to your favorite music…

Ingredients:

  • 40 g oats
  • 30 g vegan white chocolate
  • berries of choice (frozen or fresh)
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • hot water

Instructions:

  1. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces. In a bowl, mix it with the oats and add boiling water until desired consistency is reached. Mix well until chocolate is melted and oatmeal is thick & creamy.
  2. Carefully mix in berries and enjoy. You’re welcome 😉

Zutaten:

  • 40 g Haferflocken
  • 30 g vegane weisse Schokolade
  • Beeren nach Wahl (gefroren oder frisch)
  • 0.25 TL Zimt
  • heißes Wasser

Zubereitung:

  1. Schokolade in kleinere Stücke brechen. In einer Schüssel mit etwas kochendem Wasser mischen und die Haferflocken dazu geben. Mehr Wasser dazu geben, bis ein Haferbrei entsteht. Gut vermischen bis die Schokolade geschmolzen und der Haferbrei dick und cremig ist.
  2. Vorsichtig die Beeren unterheben und genießen. Gern geschehen! 😉
